At BulletZone Collective, we take pride in delivering high-quality gaming experiences for all players. We understand that plans can change, and technical issues can arise. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for our products and services. 🎟️ 1. Membership Refunds Monthly Plans: Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no game time has been used. Annual Plans: Can be prorated within the first 30 days of purchase if game usage is under 5 hours. Auto-Renewals: You must cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not available after renewal. 🎮 2. Game Sessions & Time-Based Packages Unused Sessions: Fully refundable within 48 hours of purchase. Partially Used Sessions: Not eligible for refund, but we may issue store credit at our discretion. Technical Failures: If you experience system issues caused by us (e.g. hardware failure, server outage) and cannot complete your session, we will offer a replacement session or refund. 🏆 3. Events & Tournaments Full refund if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the event. 50% refund if cancellation is made 24–72 hours before the event. No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or for no-shows. 🧠 4. Coaching & Digital Services Refunds for coaching or analytics services are available only if not yet used or scheduled. If a session is missed or canceled late, it is non-refundable unless due to verified emergency or technical error on our part. 🛒 5. Merchandise Returns accepted within 14 days for unused, undamaged items with original packaging and proof of purchase. Digital items, gift cards, and in-game content are non-refundable.
